Innovator Award

Our Innovators deserve recongition, and we're here to help. One Innovator will be chosen monthly to receive the following promotional package:

1. Press releases - Press releases highlighting your ideas and story will be distributed to over 100 newspapers, journals, and news stations.
2. SMYEP Role Model - A poster featuring you will be distributed to schools participating in the Southern Mississippi Youth Entrepreneurship Program (SMYEP). Posters will be displayed in classrooms, giving students a local role model.
3. SMYEP Guest Speaker - You will have the opportunity to speak to SMYEP students/staff at SMYEP retreats.
4. Web page – A page highlighting your ideas and story will be posted on the Pine Belt Innovators web site.
5. Face2Face - Innovator will be individually recongized at PBI's Face2Face event
6. Area Development Partnership First Friday – All innovators will be recongized at ADP First Friday in November of 2008, and one innovator will be chosen to speak.

Winners can opt out of any of the package options. The purpose of this award is to help the Innovator gain recognition within the community in a manner that the individual/organization is comfortable with.
